  I went along with the Red Hats last week, when the students were doing their practical exam.
  I thoroughly enjoyed the evening, & the students were wonderful, HOWEVER, I was both shocked & annoyed with the response I received from the tutor. I had ordered the sirloin steak, but quickly discovered that a quarter of it was pure gristle. Much as I hate sending food back, I had no option. The student was phased by this & so the female tutor came over. Firstly, she decided to give me the anatomy of the cow & how it had been cut incorrectly. Secondly, she said she would get the chef to cut it off. WRONG, WRONG ,WRONG!!!!
  In any other restaurant, the plate would have been removed, with no questions asked, & replaced. This tutor was definitely not doing her job properly. Disappointing to say the least.
