  After waiting 2-3 minutes (3 staff standing at the bar chatting away the whole time and yes they did see us) standing by the "please wait to be seated" sign, we were finally noticed and seated. There was no offer of a high chair for my daughter so we took one which had just been vacated by a table near us. It was disgustingly dirty and not from the previous user. Old dirt. When our drinks got delivered, mine was spilt on the table with no apology or effort to clean the table from the Waitress. Steak sandwich arrived with the cheese just sitting on the steak. 1/4 melted and no bacon. How can you forget a major ingredient to a meal??? Food was left for so long in the beer garden that the pigeons were helping themselves.
  It is also not nice to hear a female staff member say to a male staff member "I want to eat your hotdog" joking or not, NOT professional.
  We will not be returning here any time soon.

  Well I dont know if I had a lucky meal or what, but today I had the best steak in chips with mushroom source. Quick and the hungry....service was good and quick. Not sure what everyone else experiences was about.
